Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing social calendar.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Handle and process medical appointments, pre-authorizations, and insurance claims.
  • Manage email, phone, and all external communications
  • Serve as the liaison between domestic staff
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives and their families.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy—critical for success in this role.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
