Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Processor to join our client's team in Nashville, TN . The Title Processor will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and verifying documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations. This role is essential in supporting smooth and timely transactions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine and verify title documents for accuracy and completeness
• Research property or vehicle history to identify any title issues or encumbrances
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external agencies to resolve title discrepancies
• Prepare and process title transfers, lien releases, and other related documentation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support audits and reporting requirements as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in Processing within the Legal industry required
• Strong knowledge of title laws, documentation, and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title management systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
