Job Title: Senior Analyst – Global Supply Chain

Location: Minot, North Dakota

Hybrid 9/80 schedule, remote Mondays and Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across global operations.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize inventory management, logistics, demand planning, and procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and IT to drive key initiatives and support global expansion efforts.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and geopolitical developments impacting the global supply chain.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and executive presentations on supply chain performance metrics and recommendations.
• Lead or support strategic projects related to network design, sustainability, digitization, and cost optimization.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Data lakes, or SAP to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years’ progressive experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management, ideally in a global environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in data analysis tools, Excel, SAP, Power BI, MDO, and visualization platforms.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles, international trade regulations, and risk management.
• Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems, SAP .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Project leadership experience is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
