Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Style Consultant to sell Cintas Image Apparel programs, services and products. Responsibilities include applying a requirements-based sales approach to achieve new business sales goals and other territory sales growth objectives. Prospects to be targeted are high end.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license
• Expected travel 25%-75%, including overnight stays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet/Intranet

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts
• Contact Management System experience
• Experience merchandising apparel
• Experience training or coaching others
• Experience in strategic customer sales situations with high-level decision makers
• 5 years' sales experience
• Bilingual (English - Spanish)

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $62,400.00 - $150,000.00/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
