This role is for a PEGA Certified Lead System Architect leading multiple teams (developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders) to translate business requirements, processes, and use cases into functional applications. The successful candidate will mentor teams, gather requirements, propose solutions, develop application components, establish standards and processes, and participate in project planning. Strong technical skills, experience with PEGA, and Agile methodologies are essential. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days on-site and 3 days remote.

Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple teams in application development.
- Gather and document business and system requirements from end-users and technical staff.
- Propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical needs.
- Develop user interface, service tier, data tier components, infrastructure, or security for PRPC.
- Develop standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components.
- Assist in project planning, including timelines, team composition, and resource allocation.
- Mentor business and technical team members.
- Assist in the development and review of technical deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams.
- Translate between technical and non-technical team members.
- Work with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into applications.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Perform multiple roles as needed during projects.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to understand business problems.
- Capture functional software requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities.
- Lead agile teams and processes as necessary.
- Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.
- Publish software release notes and maintain product documentation.
- Mentor Software Development team members.
- Integrate best practices into current PEGA development procedures.
- Lead client workshops.
- Participate in and provide support to customer success teams.
