Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers at our client's facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining daily office operations, supporting team members, and upholding a positive and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a multitasking setting.

Job Description

  • Greet and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Provide general administrative support across departments
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including restocking supplies and managing breakroom facilities
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements and prepare related expense reports
  • Schedule, organize, and support meetings, appointments, and planned office lunches
  • Act as the liaison with the property manager, vendors, and building services
  • Reconcile and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule and maintain conference room calendars
  • Maintain records, generate reports, and manage document filing
  • Support supply inventory and procurement processes

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or receptionist experience
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization

Education/Training/Certifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
