Contract Position until 12/16/2025

Mon.-Fri. 8 AM-5 PM

Hybrid: Onsite Mon.-Wed. and work from home Thurs. -Fri.

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project coordination? Our client's Global Rental Operations division is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client's dynamic, cross-functional project management team.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, supporting Marketing and Project Managers by coordinating activities, tracking progress, reporting status, and fostering seamless communication across teams.

This is a hybrid position , requiring in-office presence Monday through Wednesday in our Orlando, Florida office, with the flexibility to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.

What You'll Do:

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in keeping our client's projects on track. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Coordination: Help develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists. You'll coordinate project activities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of progress.
  • Meeting Management: Schedule and organize project status and working meetings, preparing all necessary materials.
  • Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact for team inquiries, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Task Oversight: Support the delegation of tasks and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute comprehensive progress reports, effectively highlighting potential risks, issues, and deviations from plans.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and implement best practices.
  • Tool Management: Maintain project management tools, particularly Jira , ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including calendar management and correspondence.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate strong collaboration across various departments, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination role or a very strong related internship.
  • Familiarity with working on cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and marketing personnel.
  • Exposure to SCRUM/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application projects is a plus.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable effective interaction with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall .
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for collaborating across diverse teams.
  • Basic understanding of data flow and marketing concepts.
