Job Description

We’re partnering with a high-performing, founder-led boutique investment firm at the intersection of health finance, medical, and wellness tech to find a dynamic Executive / Personal Assistant . This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created role supporting a deeply respected Founder and help drive process and organization.

We are seeking a Career Executive/Personal Assistant who loves to organize, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in being the trusted right hand. This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally assertive, ultra-professional, and committed to excellence, has a great sense of humor, and loves to be both a right-arm and culture carrier in the office. You’ll navigate between business and personal, focusing on helping with house management including a major renovation and construction projects across several properties in Los Angeles and Malibu. You’ll become an integral part of this small but mighty team.

What You’ll Do:

Executive Support (60–70%)

  • Manage a fast-moving calendar and triage high-volume email communications
  • Plan and coordinate complex travel and prepare polished expense reports
  • Oversee internal events: help organize team outings, offsites, holiday parties, and culture-building activities
  • Maintain a shared calendar of company events, key dates, and team milestones
  • Act as communication hub—liaising across teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support ongoing projects, vendor coordination, and light research
  • Manage office logistics and assist with firm-wide initiatives

Personal Support (30–40%)

  • Coordinate household vendors, contractors, and renovation timelines
  • Book personal travel with concierge-level precision
  • Handle purchases, home organization, and design-related projects
  • Manage guest lists, logistics, and planning for personal events
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and trust across all personal matters

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Bring 6+ years in a hybrid EA/PA role with both corporate and household support
  • Are highly assertive, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced setting
  • Can manage multiple priorities with elegance and ease
  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and with emotional intelligence
  • Have a proven track record coordinating both internal and external events

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 💰 Salary : $80,000–$90,000 based on experience
