• Draft, negotiate, and manage loan documents and related real estate financing agreements
• Represent lender clients in secured financing matters across various property types

• Collaborate closely with opposing counsel, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely closings
• Support the structuring of complex multi-party real estate deals alongside senior attorneys
