Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions

• Manage deals involving acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and financings

• Assist with joint venture formations and provide guidance on investment structures

• Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and clients throughout the deal lifecycle

• Conduct due diligence and provide strategic legal insights on real estate projects

• Participate in practice development and client engagement efforts

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Texas

• Strong background in drafting and negotiation

• Experience with joint venture transactions preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
