What You’ll Do

• Build and lead the FP&A function from the ground up.
• Develop insightful financial reporting packages that empower leadership to make decisions.
• Oversee the entire budgeting and forecasting cycle, plus long-term financial planning.
• Analyze financial data to uncover trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools for advanced analysis and visual storytelling.
• Monitor KPIs to support strategic alignment and performance tracking.
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations to align business strategy.
• Tackle exciting new projects and initiatives as the company grows.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with leadership exposure.
• CPA or FPAC is a plus.
• Skilled in financial modeling and deep understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with OneStream (preferred) or Hyperion/HFM.
• Strong command of BI tools and advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
