Job Description

Type: Contract - 3 to 4 months

Location: Eastvale, CA - IN OFFICE

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Escrow Officer to manage the full life cycle of real estate closings from file opening to post-closing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling purchase and refinance transactions, title review, and settlement coordination. Proficiency with RBJ and Evolution software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle escrow closings for both residential purchase and refinance transactions
• Open escrow files, review title commitments, and clear title issues in accordance with underwriting guidelines
• Coordinate all aspects of the closing process with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys
• Prepare and review closing statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Review signed closing packages for completeness and accuracy
• Disburse funds in accordance with the final settlement statement and ensure proper recording of documents
• Provide timely, high-level customer service to all parties involved in the transaction
• Respond to inquiries and resolve any post-closing issues promptly
• Utilize RBJ and Evolution software systems for transaction management and document processing
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle escrow closings
• Proficiency in RBJ and Evolution escrow/title software is required
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow procedures, and real estate transactions
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Valid Escrow Officer license (if required by state)
