Construction Superintendent – Multifamily CapEx Renovations

We’re actively seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee occupied renovation projects ranging from $150K to $10M+. This role is boots-on-the-ground, based in Centennial, Colorado , and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys mentoring teams, and knows how to get things done without cutting corners.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of on-site renovation operations , with a focus on safety, timelines, and quality.
• Lead day-to-day job site activities and ensure smooth coordination with PMs, clients, and subcontractors.
• Oversee all scopes of work— earthwork, MEPs, framing, roofing, drywall, paint, and finishes —and ensure proper sequencing.
• Create and maintain efficient schedules using lookaheads and builder tech (MS Project, Buildertrend, etc.).
• Address field issues proactively and make decisions that keep projects moving forward.
• Build, lead, and retain reliable subcontractor networks .
• Set the tone for a clean, compliant, and productive site.
• Maintain strong relationships with property management teams and tenants when working in occupied units.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Superintendent or Construction Management experience specific to CapEx renovations .
• Strong background in occupied multifamily, senior living, and commercial renovations .
• Proven ability to lead crews and trades with a mix of structure, accountability, and respect.
• Blueprint and construction plan fluency.
• Experience managing multiple trades simultaneously , with attention to sequencing and quality control.
• Tech-savvy mindset: Familiarity with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam , or similar tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Centennial, CO daily.
• Bonus if you’ve done ground-up commercial or multifamily work in addition to renovations.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000/year
