Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and draft retail, office, and mixed-use commercial leases
• Manage due diligence and oversee acquisition/sale agreements for commercial properties
• Structure and close real estate finance transactions, including development and refinancing loans
• Collaborate with escrow agents, title companies, and lenders to ensure smooth closings
• Draft LOIs, purchase agreements, and related contracts
• Advise clients on zoning, title, and environmental issues
• Track timelines and ensure key transactional milestones are met
• Strategize with partners on deal structuring and risk mitigation

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
• New York Bar admission required
• Strong experience with leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and financing transactions
• Skilled in reviewing title reports, loan documents, and lease terms
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with NYC real estate regulations and compliance frameworks
