Job Description

GPIS is seeking an experienced call center professional to be the first impression of GPIS. These scheduling calls are essential to the overall success of our team as they will be the initial consultation with the prospective client. The Scheduling Representative will educate prospects on who we are, what we do, and how we improve their lives. Primary Responsibilities include making daily outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner, handling inbound calls, being accountable for daily and weekly goals for scheduling appointments for our Benefits Specialist, communicating effectively with prospective clients and colleagues, working independently and as a key member of the entire team, placing scheduled appointments on representatives’ calendars, documenting all calls, tasks, and appointments in CRM, creating a positive first impression of GPIS and the unique services provided, and participating in daily team huddles, training sessions, and other meetings as needed. Primary Skills & Requirements include knowledge of sales processes, energetic yet compassionate phone skills, great problem-solving ability, highly motivational and persuasive skills, ability to stay organized, capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office 365, CRM or similar software, passion for helping people and enriching their lives, ability to exhibit GPIS’s Core Values in daily work, previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience, previous cold calling or call center experience, and working knowledge of MS Office and GOLD MINE (or similar CRM software).
